What this site collects, and what it does with it.

What this site collects

Most of this site collects nothing. You can read every page without giving any information.

The one place the site asks for information is the consultation request form on the Contact page. It asks for your name, the kind of matter (estate planning, probate or a loss, real estate, or something else), an email address, a phone number, a short description of what is going on, how soon you need to talk, and, if there is one, a court date or deadline. Everything except your name and one way to reach you is optional.

The form asks you not to include confidential details about your matter. The office runs a conflict check before a matter is discussed in depth, and a form submission does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Where a submission goes

A form submission is delivered to the office by email so that someone can call you back. The office may also record it in the software it uses to manage new matters. It is not used for marketing, not added to a mailing list, and not shared with anyone outside the firm except the providers that deliver the email and host the site.

If you call or email the office directly, the same applies: what you send is used to respond to you and, if the firm takes the matter, to do the work.

Hosting and server logs

The site is served by a third-party hosting provider. Like any web server, it keeps standard connection logs, which include the address your device connects from, the pages requested, and the time of the request. The firm does not use those logs to identify visitors.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. It does not use analytics that follow you across other websites. Links to Google, such as the firm's reviews, take you to Google's site, where Google's own privacy policy applies.

The firm does not sell personal information, and it does not allow third parties to collect information about your activity on this site over time or across other sites.

Your choices

If you have sent the office information through this site and want to see what was kept, correct it, or have it deleted, email info@mcmenomylaw.com or call (775) 525-8850. The office responds to requests within a reasonable time. Information connected to a matter the firm has taken on may need to be kept for as long as professional rules require.

Nevada residents may direct a request not to sell their covered information to the same address. The firm does not sell covered information, and it will honor the request.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and the firm does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this notice

If the firm changes what the site collects or how it is used, this page changes with it, and the effective date below is updated. The current version is always the one on this page.
